I do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any analytics tools that collect personal data. No data is stored on a server — contact form submissions are delivered directly to my inbox via EmailJS and are not persisted elsewhere.

• Communicate about a potential or ongoing project
• Send project-related documents or proposals

I will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services that may process data as part of their operation:

• EmailJS — used to deliver contact form submissions to my email. EmailJS processes your name, email, and message in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Netlify — hosting provider. Netlify may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal hosting operations. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts / Calendly / Cal.com — may be used for scheduling; their respective privacy policies apply if you navigate to those services.

4. Data Retention

I retain contact form messages in my email inbox for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing or potential client relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing safa.souli@outlook.com.

5. Your Rights

By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

I offer freelance web design, web development, and UI/UX design services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are agreed upon in a separate written proposal or contract before work begins.

2. Proposals & Agreements

All project work is governed by a written proposal or service agreement. These Terms of Service apply where no separate agreement exists or where the agreement does not address a particular issue. In case of conflict, the signed project agreement takes precedence.

3. Payment

• A deposit (typically 30–50% of the total) is required before project work begins.
• Remaining balance is due as specified in the proposal, based on project scope and agreed milestones.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Contra, or other methods agreed upon in writing.
• Late payments may result in work suspension or additional fees as outlined in the proposal.

4. Revisions

Each project phase includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal (typically 2–3 rounds). Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at an hourly rate.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of all custom-designed and developed deliverables transfers to the client. Until final payment is made, all work remains the intellectual property of Safa Souli.

I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing (e.g., under an NDA).

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, frameworks) remain subject to their respective licenses. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate licenses for any third-party assets they provide.

6. Confidentiality

I treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose project details to third parties without consent. NDAs can be signed upon request.

7. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery timeframes provided in proposals or on this site are estimates only. I work with full attention to detail — quality takes the time it takes. Actual delivery may vary based on project complexity and scope.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary delays
• Respond to communication within 24 hours

9. Limitation of Liability

My liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• Work completed to date will be invoiced and must be paid.
• The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deliverables for completed and paid phases will be handed over.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jendouba, Tunisia, unless an alternative jurisdiction is agreed upon in the project contract.

12. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. I make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of content on this site. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

13. Changes to These Terms
